We strive to be a one-stop shop for your event, whether it’s a small, catered breakfast to a large, upscale wedding. Our dedicated event planners are happy to work with you to provide any additional services you may need, from table and chair rentals, to linens and florals.
Make an event feel truly special with one of our delicious cakes or top it off with a fresh floral decoration. Paper plates, forks and cocktail napkins* are included with all cakes.

Exhibition Omelet Station
Add flair to any breakfast buffet with our exhibition omelet station, where they are prepared right in front of your guests! Toppings include sweet peppers, mushrooms, green onions, diced ham, tomatoes, bacon crumbles and cheddar cheese.

For smaller groups, 1 attendant to the station per 30 guests with additional charges for each attendant.

standard designs are available in half or full blocks and the pricing is based on the complexity of the sculpture. Check with your event planner if this is something you would like for your event.
White linen table cloths and linen napkins are provided for all meals, along with table skirts for serving tables and head tables, unless noted.
Additional linens can be rented at $10 each and skirted tables at $20 each.
Upgraded linens for seating or cocktail tables are available for rental at $15 per cloth. Options include black satin strip, blue pintuck or burnt orange pintuck.

Tables and Chairs
There is no additional charge for tables and chairs for events held in the Illini Union and the Illinois Conference Center.
For events outside of the Illini Union and Illinois Conference Center, table and chairs for seating can be rented at a cost of $3.50 per person. Tables for food setup and cocktail tables are $10 each.
Note: these prices are only Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. After hours drop-off or pick-up may incur an additional labor charge.
